After having spent two days at the Green Pasture Rehabilitation hospital, it was time to visit the Himalayas of Nepal. We started early morning and drove about an hour to our drop off point at Kande. From there, we walked for a good 6 hours or so to Panchase. The pictures below are from our trek.

There were countless steps like this on our trek today
The temps were in the high 80s when we started the trek, but it got much cooler at the destination.

Amelia wanted her own photograph
Don’t worry! This was not a ledge at the edge of a mountain.
Sarah Zylstra had a leech in her shoe during the trek. Here, Sarah is showing the evidence.

Tomorrow we head back to Pokhara. All are doing well. Continue to pray for good health!
